What is Flyte?
Flyte is half scooter, half suitcase hybrid. Pull out the stem and you’ve got yourself a wheeled case. Fold out the deck and you’ve got a scooter. Put it all away and you’ve got a piece of luggage that can easily be stowed away.

Is my child old enough for Flyte?
The Midi Flyte is currently available which is ideal for travellers aged 4 – 8. The Mini Flyte, perfect for little ones aged 2+, arrived Spring 2016. For more seasoned adventurers of 8+ years, the Maxi is scheduled to land Autumn 2018.

Can you tell me any details about the Maxi?
Afraid not! The Maxi’s still in development, so it’s all top secret information for now. The second we’re ready to release any details, we’ll let our Flyte Crew know!

What’s the maximum weight Flyte can take?
The Midi scooter itself can hold up to 50kgs and the Mini 20kgs, whilst we recommend a maximum of 5kgs of luggage in the cases.

So Dad can’t have a go then?
We’re afraid not!

Can I take my Flyte on an airplane?
Flyte is the perfect travel companion – even at 30,000 feet, so we made sure it meets general hand luggage standards. If you are due to travel, please check beforehand with your airline! Still have concerns? Check out our Fit to Fly video, where we show Flyte fitting in to various cabin gauges!

Can I get Flyte in my country?
We offer worldwide shipping here on our website and you can find all the current stockists for Flyte around the world on our Find Your Flyte page!

Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us.

Why have I not received a confirmation email?
You should receive emails from us when you order your Flyte and when we dispatch it. If you haven’t received one, please check your ‘Spam’ or ‘Junk’ folders.

Can I get on an email list?
Of course you can! We share a whole new world of special offers and competitions with our Flyte Crew, so the more the merrier. Just click here and pop your email address in the sign up box – tada!

Customer Service

How long will my order take to be delivered?
For UK deliveries, we currently estimate 3-5 working days. For international shipping, we estimate around 10-15 days. Please be aware that if you’re off on your travels before those times, we cannot guarantee your Flyte will arrive in time.

I’m going on holiday in two days, can my Flyte be delivered before then?
Our delivery times stated above apply to all orders. Make sure you get your order in within good time before your travels to avoid disappointment!

Can I track my delivery?
For UK deliveries, you can track the journey of your Flyte here. We will send you your tracking number in the dispatch email.
